Brendan May – Your Fitness Coach

I am Brendan May, a health and wellness enthusiast dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness and personal growth goals. As a certified Fitness Instructor, Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Nutrition Specialist through NASM, I bring expertise and passion to every training session. My journey in fitness has shaped my life, and now, I use that experience to empower others.

Beyond fitness training, I serve as a Sports Coach, Mentor, and Program Director for Big Dreams Youth Inc. I firmly believe that physical activity is not just about checking boxes—it’s about cultivating a mindset for permanent change. My personal fitness journey has taught me invaluable life principles, and I want to share them with you.

My Philosophy

I believe that our physical, mental, and emotional health are interconnected. To achieve true wellness, we must train all aspects of our well-being. This holistic approach to fitness and personal development inspired me to establish BFIT Fitness and Big Dreams Youth Inc. Over the last four years, my vision for BFIT has evolved, but one principle remains the same: 

“Success is our ability to impact.”

My mission is to serve and empower others, especially youth, where I believe I can make the most difference.
